Rules & Regulations

St. Bernard’s Cemetery is a consecrated ground/columbarium intended for the burial of Catholics who are entitled to Christian burial according to the rules and discipline of the Roman Catholic Church. Any question of the burial of a non-Catholic member of a lot owner’s family, or of any persons not entitled to Christian burial according to the rules and discipline of the Roman Catholic Church, shall be decided by the Pastor of St. Bernard’s Catholic Congregation.

No rule or regulation has been or will be made which is not designed to be of benefit to the owners collectively. Experience has shown that the adoption and enforcement of the rules and regulations are necessary to secure uniformity, protect the interests of the space owners, and to preserve the beauty of the cemetery. All persons are required to comply with the rules and regulations and are requested to report any infractions of them on the part of others.

The term Management shall mean the person or persons duly appointed by St. Bernard’s Board of Directors for the purpose of conduction and administering the cemetery owned and operated by St. Bernard’s Catholic Congregation.
