October 15th, 2008
Dear Parents,
Just a few quick announcements . . .
Tomorrow (Thursday) is our second of three “Wacky Walk to School” days. Please report to your starting point by 7:30 am. A light breakfast will be served to all walkers when they get to school.
Please make plans to attend the Parish Turkey Dinner this Sunday (11 am – 1:30 pm). You can dine in or request a carry out.
**Thirty (30) more pies are still needed for the Turkey Dinner on Sunday, October 19th. If you can help, please call Homestyle Bakery to order your pie. They will take care of baking and delivering it for you. It’s that simple. Help is also needed for Clean-up on Sunday after the event. Come about 1:30ish to help if you can. Thanks! Kathy Woodward and Kelly Beltz
For sale at the Turkey Dinner and after all Masses will be “Truth Be Told” Christmas and all occasion cards. The company has given us these beautiful card sets free of charge with all proceeds to be used for Catholic Missions supported by St. Bernard’s. Card sets are $3.00 or two for $5.00.
Enjoy the beautiful fall colors.
Jeff Allen
